What Are Quilters Blogging About Today?

The first design is very interesting, but a little bit busy for me.

However, I love the second one!

I love playing with complex blocks by whiting out some of the design and replacing it with quilting motifs of the original complex block design.

Wow!! I love the second design.

A nice way to say goodbye to the old year … wishing you all a happy new year with family and friends.

Lots of points to piece, but I love thee results … at least in the virtual version.

I love both! The first because there is space for the quilting to be shown off, the second because there is a great collection of linked stars.

Wow!

Sometimes I am surprised at what gems I have hidden in my project files, though I find things I have hidden on the shelves of my sewing room all the time, though have difficulty finding the thing I am looking for.

I am also amazed at what happens when you play with just one block in a design … though in the second design I might have to try reversing the white and pale blue fabrics in this design.
